Cornice boards have two basic functions: the first one to improve the aesthetics of the bridge and the second serves as an integrated formwork. Our precasts are made of polymer concrete, an extremely durable and resistant material. The panel is fixed to the structural concrete of the bridge by means of 5 steel loops and GRP rods that protrude from the cornice and are embedded into the bridge concrete body. Its outer surface is covered with gelcoat in color according to the RAL palette (RAL 5005 in the case of the photo).

The design shown is being manufactured for the construction of the Niemodlin Ring Road, Poland.
