  2. The term “GDPR” means the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  3. We respect the right to privacy and care for data security. For this purpose we use, inter alia, Secure Sockets Layer SSL.

  1. Systemy i Technologie sp. z o.o.is the controller of its customers’ data. This means that we process Users’ data such as: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, business name.

      1. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,

      2.  in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

      3. to the extent of and for the purpose necessary to refer to, formulate the text of, amend or dissolve the Agreement and proper provision of Services provided by electronic means,

      4.  to the extent of and for the purpose necessary to fulfil the legitimate interest (legitimised purposes), and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedom of the data subject, including to the extent of and for the purpose consistent with the consent given by a User when filling out any of the contact forms on our website.

  1. Each data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase or limit the processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

  3. We reserve the right to process the User’s data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of the consent only to the extent necessary to enforce any possible claims or if the national or union or international laws oblige us to retain data.

  4. The Service Provider has the right to provide the User’s personal data and its other data to entities authorised under applicable laws (e.g. prosecuting authorities).

  5. Personal data can be erased upon withdrawal of the consent or lodging a legitimate objection to the processing of personal data.

  6. Systemy i Technologie sp. z o.o. does not provide personal data to entities other than entities authorised under applicable laws.

  7. Systemy i Technologie sp. z o.o. performs data encryption and has implemented access control, which minimises costs of any possible infringement of data security.

  8. Personal data are processed only by persons authorised by us or processors closely cooperating with us.

III. Cookies

  1. The site www.sytec-group.com uses cookies. Cookies are small text files sent by a web server and stored by browser’s software. When the browser reconnects to the page, the site recognises type of the device from which the user makes the connection. The parameters make it possible to read the information they contain only by the server that created them. Hence, cookies facilitate the use of previously visited sites.
