to the extent of and for the purpose necessary to fulfil the legitimate interest (legitimised purposes), and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedom of the data subject, including to the extent of and for the purpose consistent with the consent given by a User when filling out any of the contact forms on our website.
Each data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase or limit the processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

Personal data can be erased upon withdrawal of the consent or lodging a legitimate objection to the processing of personal data.
Systemy i Technologie sp. z o.o. does not provide personal data to entities other than entities authorised under applicable laws.
Systemy i Technologie sp. z o.o. performs data encryption and has implemented access control, which minimises costs of any possible infringement of data security.
Personal data are processed only by persons authorised by us or processors closely cooperating with us.
